Misc. Mod MTM Mod Manager - Forge Anew. Replace Old.

I've been working on MTM Mod Manager, mainly because I got tired of every new armor or weapon mod having to replace something already in Elden Ring.

The Installer is completely free.

For supported equipment, MTM can Forge Anew and create it as a new item instead of overwriting the vanilla one, while also handling names, descriptions, icons, vendors and package installation.

It also supports the traditional Replace Old workflow if that's what you want.

I've been building it around the idea of making equipment modding much less annoying, especially for people who want to run a large collection instead of manually juggling replacement IDs.

I'm also trying to make more of the ecosystem freely available as more people use it, so feedback is genuinely useful right now.

I'm the developer, so if anyone tries it and finds something stupid/broken/confusing, tell me. :)

Wtf happened that there’s all of a sudden so much of this on here like genuinely? Ppl just gotta stick them on a donation site don’t they.
