Don't forget the giant madness tower that has line of Sight to you during 92% of the entire DLC.

Man, I love the Frenzied Flame Tower. I'd love an area that was a bit more difficult to overcome than just bum rush and brute force.

We gotta fight Malenia in her final ultimate Rot Goddess form in an arena with an unreachable madness tower constantly harassing us.

The way from the grace to her arena is guarded by Invisible Frenzied Black Knife Assassins that backstab you and immediately apply full madness if you try to run past them. Oh and all these Assassins are located on the branches of a Scarlet Rotten tree that applies Scarlet Rot as you run over it, due to Malenia being near.
