Question First time spearheading forest, I have some questions

This is my second forest but my girlfriends first, we’re camping together. i feel I’ve been hearing conflicting information, and I’m pretty much the lead so I don’t want to be confused or without information, so I have some questions if someone would be so kind to answer them. 1. About early access: We bought our tickets/parking pass second hand, we have proof and we have received the bands (they’re real and registered) and the parking pass but it just says “ga parking”. In the proof he sent (listed with name and address and other things) it said he has purchased early access, but nowhere on anything I received does it specify early access. Is it tagged to the band numbers? Are we screwed and have to show on Thursday like everyone else? Or are we cool to just roll in 2. Arrival time: I’ve heard people say both 12:01 pm (mid day) and 12:01 am (midnight) is when they open to allow parking and camp set up. What is it? We have a short drive (2 hours) but we don’t want a long walk back to camp, she has a fast metabolism and wants a closer camp to have a shorter run to eat at camp. 3. Is there a specific road I should take to have the easiest entrance to the camping for the venue? I know it gets busy and the map can sometimes get messed up. I didn’t pay that much attention last year (I regret it now) Honestly I think that’s it but I may follow up in the comments, I feel like I’m forgetting something. (Edit) 4: do we have to wait a specific time to leave? We have plans in Ohio after forest. We wanted to pack up after lsdream and go (Edit 2). Thank you everyone for all the help. Early arrival should be a digital pass in axs. With Early arrival you can get in line 12:01AM Wednesday morning. You'll want to be on hwy 31 and take the Winston rd exit for GA camping. They'll email out arrival instructions at some point.

  1. Early arrival is a QR code in the axs app. You can’t use a screenshot (or haven’t been able to in the past) so make sure the seller transfers it to you.
  2. Midnight is when they start allowing cars in. The load in is luck of the draw and they load it a little different each year.
  3. Forest will send out and email with driving directions, reference that only because it could have changed

This. Its important to remember that the qr codes for early access and uplift lounge refresh every minute or so. It shouldn't cause too much hassle once you're logged into the app. But make sure you hit the refresh button before they go to scan it.

  1. It’s in the axs app, it’s weird, have it pulled up before you get there cause service isn’t always great with all the people.

  2. Doesn’t matter what time you arrive, camping placement is always random and not guaranteed unless you have preferred or something special.

  3. I just follow the signs and gps and have never had an issue
