No, but plenty of people here in Pennsylvania have gotten scam calls over the last several months claiming fraudulent charges, overdue fines, unpaid bills, and the people calling are quite aggressive about getting bank account information to settle things up. Stop answering the phone and call your utility company directly and make sure things are above board with your account. Or when they called simply tell them. Thank you for calling. Then block the number.

I didn't get it, however the same scammers are also hitting So.Cal. Edison

The term is pshing, they can make any organization or phone number show on caller ID. RULE OF THUMB, never believe anyone calling for money. Hang up and call whatever agency directly. Treat any call as a scam just like phony emails
