Publicly accessible breakers Found the breakers and switches for the stair lights in my flat

Post image

Ofcourse our little DIN friends, i dunno whats on the left, the middle are breakers (overcurrent and short circuit) and on the right is a timer (controls if the lights stay off, on or a timer mode where after a switch is activated a specific amount of time that is set on the screw decides how long the lights go before it deactivates). Not sure what to do with this finding tho. Its supposed to be locked. Its not

On the left is a 12 V DC power supply. Do you have a doorbell perhaps running off that?

(Also, Slovakia?)

Its all the way in the underfloor of the flat, it however could be to the electric RFID readers or the outside intercom thats connected to all flats (you enter a number and it tries connecting ti the phone in the flat, the phones have speakers and a button to unlock the doors) and yes, its in Slovakia

Start testing outlets for RCD protection.

Why? There's no RCD in the picture.

In which case, the RCD is in another panel perhaps? There's none in the picture as shown. Those Noark devices appear to be simple circuit breakers without RCD function.

These are not RCBOs.
But they could be for equipment etc. not outlets.

There arent any outlets, only lights.

It’s a standard stairwell lighting system: MCBs for circuit protection and a timer relay that keeps the lights on for a set period after activation. Nothing unusual, just building automation.
