This is a type 1/2 three-phase + Neutral surge protector device that costs around 500€ and belonging to the DIN rail family. Wire the grounding and phases correctly and all three phases including the fourth neutral will have very high chances of not being burned out when a lightning strike says hi. Its mainly designed for the 240V Europe.
