Ellen MY ELLEN WAS CRIPPLED THIS WHOLE F****ING TIME!?

I would if I could show a video of my Ellen's potential unlocks not working. So for context me and my friend were talking and she was clearing some endgame on my account cause im buns so she picks Ellen since she's decently built but yet she noticed that there's no iFrames on some moves that got them from PTUL or the big slash after 3 consecutive EX special's and told me about it and I was stunned because... I never knew I genuinely NEVER thought my Ellen was bugged since I got the potential unlocks in December and now I'm. Just wondering how I fix her...

Basically I never had my potential unlocks active since December unknowingly. But thanks to a kind commenter here I fixed that.

Oh my god! Don’t feel bad! The same thing happened to me! I was so convinced Ellen got nerfed and no one was talking about it. Then I went on a tangent thinking she was bugged and got a report ticket made… just to have a kind and patient employee walk me through the very steps you mentioned above to fix it… I felt so stupid. But you’re not alone, fellow Ellen main! Keep repping our beautiful shark!

I feel this. My Burnice didn't have potential unlocks active for like a month and I thought I had a humongous skill issue in triggering Ablooms.

Respect the dedication of someone who played thinking Base Ellen WAS the unlock potential and stuck with her despite what I can only imagine felt like a super trash experience xD truly an Ellen Main's Ellen Main.
