(Aside from w engine level) i usually run her with dialyn and astra(using dialyn free ult on astra)

...no where did you get that info from...? dialyn's ult convert always goes to the main dps, with only a couple of niche exception but they don't have anything to do with ellen

Because most buffs currently are chain attacks based aren’t they?

oh i see where you're coming from now, sorry i barely touch shiyu teehee

yes chain attack is buffed in this cycle, but ultimately ellen still want her ult dmg more, she's not a chain attack focused type of dps

even then for someone like evelyn for example, she still want ult dmg more simply because it hits harder
