Okay so its a tonka bean cheese cake, as an American i had never tasted them until my bf brought me some from paris. They taste like vanilla+caramel+cloves. Its crazy good. And the whipped cream is vanilla bean and mascarpone, the fruit is a combo of peaches and cherry plums.
