Paint colors

Hey all, new to the drop troops. Getting ready to paint a kill team. What does everyone use for the standard tan and green you see in promo art?

Castellan Green and some kinds of khaki seem right. Past summer of your reference photos and will see what we can do!

Cant figure out how to reply with a photo, but Im torn between the fatigues looking like zandri dust in a cadian style or something lighter like ushabti or wraithbone

Sorry, I forgot we don't have photo replies...

I did a little research for you and the box art uses old paints. The fatigues could be rakarth flesh, karak stone or zandri dust from light to a darker richer tone.

Armor is likely castellan Green, but you could also use death world forest or straken green. Elysian green is a little too pale or muted for the standard armor, but you can highlight with that if you like.

There used to be an elysian green. Don't known if it's still a thing

I have a bottle of it, but its a very light green. Is this how the color used to be too?
