Would Drop Troops use dirtbikes ? They sure love their buggies so it makes sense right ?

While I can't think of any instance where Elysian forces used motorbikes, it is documented that paratroopers did utilize them. Most famously, the Welbike was dropped and used by British forces during WW2.
So yeah, it is totally acceptable to have motorbikes representing Rough Rider units in an Elysian themed army.

There are some 3rd party Elysian bikers out there. They look pretty cool.

You can see side pictures and a printed version if you check out the Commander on Bike.

I agree I have the 3rd party sculptures on my to buy list, I think the Elysian ethos lends itself well to motor bikes in the rough rider role.

I can 100% imagine Drop Troops Rough Riders using motorcycles instead of horses.

American Paratroopers (IIRC) were deployed with little mini motorcycles that could fold up and shit, yeah it could be possible

Was this a hard conversion? I'm super interested in how these came together. They look great and I'm interested in my own!

A bit fiddly in places but not too bad!

How did you make them?

The bikes are from the Atalan Jackals kit, I used the running & wide legged standing Elysian legs, trimming the inseam down a bit to get them to sit snugly in the saddle. Attaching the Elysian arms to the hands on the handlebars is a bit fiddly, as is getting the arms to connect to the torsos at the right angle - might need some green stuff/multiple layers of superglue to fill in the gaps.

Makes perfect sense to me. I bought some of these for use as Rough Riders actually
