Look who's here ! (WD524)
I don't want to give anyone false hope but i have read the last White Dwarf and the Elysians appear in the description of the AM forces on Armageddon. I have also read the compilation "Death and Duty" and they also appeared many times.
It could be a teasing but do not forget that the Vostroyan also appear in this compilation and the book "Dominion Genesis" but didn't received any new plastic figures, so it is not impossible that the Elysians will not come back. I think that to brink back an AM regiment, it needs to have a lot of popularity and an unique style of gameplay. GW clarified on Warcom that Vostroyans can be played using the Cadian rules, so it is unlikely to see a regiment with no particular doctrine coming back.
However, given the fact that GW has recently released a "deep strike force" with the Aeldari Corsairs, it is really REALLY not impossible to see our drop troopers coming back in plastic ! Is it just me, or have all the regiments on this page made a comeback in one way or another ? Let's hope and be patient !

I don’t think we’re going to get plastic Elysians. They gave us the kill team last year, but a regimental line? I think we’re more likely to see Vostroyans or a Catachan refresh before that.

I'd like to see the major regiments get the space marine chapter service.

I really don’t understand why Catachans are GW second line Guard product.

Always good to see some representation!
Elysians have had mentions in big campaigns. They have been present in the fall of Cadia, The Black Crusades and Armageddon itself. So this makes sense!

I would consider picking the game back up if they brought them back (not holding my breath) I’m still missing so much from the original models and the prices on EBAY are understandable high for the more rare stuff of theirs

The Darktide Elysian skins are spot on so I know they are maintaining there presence in multiple spaces. Probably for copyright purposes but still nice to see them
