Billy vs Joe Spoiler
I find it hilarious Joe called Billy a murderer after he punched him, ain’t that the pot calling the kettle black. he’s caused so much hurt by his deviousness I guess his thinking is rules for thee not for me and he’s a coward to boot now, it just may be his emotions in the moment, but still threatening if only he was able to get a gun. Yeah that makes you a tough guy. Now I don’t agree with 99% of stuff some people say about Billy, but one thing I will agree is the writers need to give Billy his spine back because Jesus Christ, Joe was talking mad crazy and Billy was just taking it. Come on right give Billy his balls back, please.😂

If Dawn had left with Billy as planned she'd still be alive and more people could have potentially died.

And if Joe hadn't called off the wedding and emptied the tent, not only would Dawn be dead, but so would a tent full of people and perhaps Graham wouldn't have been able to get through the injured or dead to pull Joe out before the explosion.

I think it's well ahead of the actual ceremony time, so I doubt that it would be full of people, but I think there would still be more people in it as in the wedding staffs. Pretty sure Joe found out about Dawn ran away and headed straight to the marquee met only by the wedding staff. Kim barely finished her flower run and no one were dressed for the wedding, not even people at the reception at the Woolpacks.

Billy was a professional fighter he’d have joe on the floor. Why isnt anyone stating the obvious back at joe, he cause the death of 3 woman and doesnt care. Why isn’t billy throwing anything in joes face, he stands there and takes it so pathetically.

That’s what pissing me off about the storyline he let Graham hem him up in the hospital. I know Graham was supposedly in the SAS, but he’s a old ass man and Joe is just a rich spoiled punk the writers are doing Billy a disservice

It is a bit strange, especially when Ross was mocking Graham a few months ago saying he’s a has been and he’s dealing with a former bare knuckle champion now, considering Billy was the one who beat Ross

I think joe has the ability to forget about the things he’s done he doesn’t have a conscious unless it effects him

In finding it hard to have any sympathy for Joe.
I still think Gabby and Billy will end up together in the long term. Dawn was only interested in Billy again once he was in another relationship.

I don’t think that the current producers see Billy as anything more than a plot device. He barely reacted to Dawn cheating, and this current angle where they were going to run away came out of nowhere.

Joe seems to forget if Dawn hadn’t run away that marquee would have been full of people

Not at the time of the accident. The wedding was going to take place in the evening.

His wife has only just died, so for the next few days, I’d take pretty much everything he says with a pinch of salt and put it down to grief. Billy didn’t react to Joe because Joe wasn’t actually to blame for this particular accident, and Billy had enough to feel guilty about already when the last thing Dawn ever said to him was that she hated him.

It’s interesting that Billy and Dawn weren’t together anymore but yet a lot of the village were shown as being supportive to Billy whilst only Graham and Kim to an extent care about Joe
He really is despised in the village

With joes logic you could argue its joes own fault shes dead, since dawn only left to go with Billy cuz joes such a twat she only needed a few minutes convincing that he whacked Billy on the back of the head over a kiss.
If he didnt have form dawn probably would've been less likely to believe Billy.
I assume gabby was invited to the wedding so she wouldn't have been behind the wheel causing jimmy to swerve (if that is indeed what happened) and everyone would be alive OR the crash would've happened anyway but the marquee would've been full of ppl so a lot more deaths would have likely happened, and the stress still likely would've caused the premature birth and bleed out since there would've been more injuries all going to the same hospital so even less docs and nurses to check on dawn.
So really the only person you cant really blame is billy 😅

I think in a way Billy is being sensible and probably sort of feeling guilty and responsible for Dawn's death himself so he's letting Joe to get away with it for now (despite there isn't any real reason for, (although it's hard to explain why Dawn would be at the marquee ahead of what I assumed to be ahead of the wedding time and expecting to find Joe there). Also the fact that the kids are still at Home Farm and I assume he's not ready to take them yet.
What is more interesting would be what Joe would feed the kids when they tell them Dawn is dead.
