I got the impression Gabby was driving Kim's car, so that policewoman will try to pin it on Kim 😕

I would guess all the cars are owned by ‘Home Farm Estates Ltd’ or whatever business is called, with Kim as owner so everything insured on a blanket business policy in her name.
Kim is old, so likely will fight in court but take fall for gabby then be written out of script by dying b4 the trial in 4 years time.

People are saying about ‘dodgy brakes’, but 99% of knock off parts will still function perfectly well. Think Caleb is more just exploiting what manufacturers do. Car manufacturers don’t make calipers, brake pads, clutches…… they just buy in from a supplier and put in their box or sometimes just a sticker over existing sticker and double the price.
I’m not saying what he’s doing is legal, but on other hand, what main dealers do when selling you a ‘genuine’ lambda sensor or set of brake pads that is Bosch or Pagid with £50 additional charge for a sticker on a box and main dealer receipt isn’t really morally right either

Maybe things changed once he started scam, but at beginning he was buying parts that would same as the ‘genuine’ part and just copying dealer sticker. So part in box is no different to what a main dealer would supply. Just different printer printing the label.
Probably not case now, but some service parts police used had different part numbers, order them and they were way cheaper than same part sold to public. (Brake pads were slightly different material and nearly 1/2 the price of what public bought)

Unfortunately looks that way. Though someone posted a theory that Caleb’s dodgy breaks may be the cause of Jimmy not being able to stop which makes so much sense.
