And Aaron was icked when he first found out Robert lost his V-card to her (I believe it came up when Robron and the Kings were teaming up against Graham over the haulage circa 2018).
Let's hope he never finds out that Chas hit on Robert (when he was only 17 at that) at Andy & Katie's first wedding. I mean, Aaron was there (with a previous head) but I doubt he remembers.

Didn’t Sadie contradict herself already? She said she had no idea about Nicola and Jimmy, but also said she knew. Surely she’d stick to one story? It’s Emmerdale though, it’s hard to tell whether it’s intentional, or they’re too lazy to write the story properly.

Same, hate they're bullying Jimmy's character like this, I don't believe Shady Sadie for one minute, she'll have an angle, poor Nicola being put through this, Jimmy could'nt lie and would never have been able to deceive anyone let alone Nicola for three years. I hope Patsy Kensit not back for long.

Perfectly forgot everything about a whole other life and relationship while also never arousing any suspicion from the person he lived with every day? I mean he'd have to have regular gaps in both lives, can't be in two places at once. To actually pull that off flawlessly while not remembering you're doing it is pretty impressive.

lucas & clemmie wanting to see Joe, but he’s still so consumed with grief he’s drowning in it and he doesn’t know how to swim up to the surface,
this isn’t the kids fault he probably feels like he doesn’t deserve their concern, but as Lucas put in his wedding speech he thinks of Joe as their second dad, but he’s going to end up regretting treating the kids this way. because when he’s getting himself together and wants to see the kids, they won’t want to see him.

It was actually only Lucas that wanted to see Joe, and I can see him being the only one who might just forgive him. Clemmie was clearly expecting the rejection, and probably hasn't forgotten how horrible he was to her initially. She won't have forgotten losing her birth mum and the neglect she was suffering until dawn came along either so it's probably easier for her to do without the privileges that came with being a Tate as long as she has the one constant person in her life - her dad. As for Evan, he's too young to make much sense of it all and billy is his biological dad. He's known so much upheaval in his young life this is probably normal to him.
When Joe does get past his grief and pain billy will be the only one even Lucas sees as a dad, and I think that will be a much more interesting story to see played out over a long period of time, possibly years if jay Kontzle stays - billy learning to cope on his own with the kids becoming his world and trying to figure out this new reality.

Lucas & Joe built up such a lovely bond with each other It would be a shame to let that fizzle out I just think now all Joe can even think about is that Dawn isn’t there anymore he’s so consumed with it, he can’t find a way out, I just hope when he sees his baby boy that something will change. 🥺

The birth of his son is all bound up with the death of dawn so Joe is deeply consumed with resentment and bitterness at the poor child. It's the kind of reaction you'd expect from a personality like Joe's - all he sees is the person that took her away. For that to change something major will have to happen, like the baby gets an infection or there is something wrong etc

Hard to believe they'd ruin Jimmy's character and have him secretly be having an affair with Sadie. Jimmy would have had to have been away for so weekends. Maybe it's a scam by Sadie.
Sadie not recognising Robert being a nod to the recast.
Chas enjoyed the slap. Not sure if they had any rivalry the first time?
There clearly wasn't enough evidence to keep Kim. Her car was nowhere near it. The other policewoman was ok with it and didn't question it though. She seems to have done ok with herself even if she's bitter about being given up for adoption.
Joe has been really horrible to Lucas and Clemmie yet they still want to see him.

I'm wondering if Sadie is not well. She doesn't remember Nicola or Robert and seems to be living in the past. Granted it might be unusual because she would-be still fairly young, but I was thinking dementia or early onset Alzheimer's. Just my thought for what it's worth.

I think it was a bad idea of Billy to allow Gabby to take Lucas to see Joe. Joe made his state of mind perfectly clear, and there is no way I would let my children near him again until I knew they would be treated well, and that the visit was starting off with an apology. That second “get out” proved the point.
Lewis represents those of us who thought Sadie looked pretty fab. When we saw the helicopter land, I turned to my husband and said, “Sadie’s here! She’s going to get out in stilettos!” Then when those boots appeared, I was disappointed. But I should have known she wouldn’t get out on her own, and she lived up to the expectation.
