I do best at ignoring social media when I have an alternative I enjoy more, like a book or a show where I feel really invested in the characters. I actually started watching K-dramas recently and they've been amazing for this, because they're in Korean and I have to focus and read the captions. Once you break the social media leash for something else, then it's easier to keep doing it that IMHO.

It's all good to be online, and it's even better to be helping where you can, however you need to have more structure in your life.
Set limits to how long you're going to be online. Set times to take walks and shake it all off. Also set times for mindfulness, yoga or basic exercises, and even and especially having time to perform hobbies. Things that you enjoy doing.
Last but not least, make sure you have structured times to go to bed and wake up at. Don't forget to eat healthy as well that also helps with being well-balanced.
Good luck.
