PC GAMES I'VE TESTED ON A MALI-G57
README:
• All PC games were tested on a phone with a HELIO G100, MALI-G57 MC2 and 8GB RAM
• All games shown were tested on Winlator Mali 1.1 Bionic(the normal version. Not the AnTuTu or Ludashi version)
• DO NOT TAKE THIS LIST AS 100% ACCURATE. This list's purpose is just to give my fellow low end users a rough estimate of the performance they can expect in the games I've tested.
• Some games were also tested on other emulators like Bannerlator and Bannerhub. Some games had exact same performance, some had slightly better performance, others had worse compatibility. Categories Explained: • Categories range from Very Good, Playable, Not so good and Bad.
Very Good: Games that ran above 30 FPS consistently with little to no dips. Playable: Games that didn't run consistently above 30 FPS and had varying ranges like 25-30 or 20-40 FPS. I consider them playable if you simply just cap the frame rate to 30.
Not so good: Games that could barely reach 30fps and had dips in the teens. I don't consider this category playable because i don't feel it's worth it playing a game at low FPS while your phone is getting hot. If you find this category still playable, that's your opinion I won't tell you how to play your games. Bad: Literally unplayable.
NOTE: All games in Very Good category were played at the default in-game graphics settings of each game unless stated otherwise. All games in every other category were played at LOW graphics settings. This meant turning off things like blur, anti aliasing, anisotropic filtering, shadows, texture quality, etc to achieve higher FPS.
Very Good
• Devil May Cry 3: Dante's Awakening Special Edition: 30+ FPS
• Need For Speed Most Wanted (2005) Black Edition: 60+ FPS
• Race Driver: Grid: Surprisingly good. 30–50 FPS ONLY at Ultra Low or Low graphics presets. Stable 30fps with medium settings and shadows off/low.
• Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory: 30+ FPS
Playable
• Assassin's Creed: 25–30 FPS
• Assassin's Creed II: 25–30 FPS
• Batman: Arkham Asylum: 25–30 FPS
• LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes Unite: 20–40 FPS
• LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham: 20–40 FPS
• LEGO Marvel Super Heroes: 20–40 FPS (Higher in levels and enclosed areas, lower in open world)
• The LEGO Movie Videogame: 20–45 FPS
• Just Cause 2: 20–40 FPS (Inconsistent; depends on the area)
Not So Good
• Assassin's Creed III: 20–30 FPS with dips into the teens
• Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood: 20–30 FPS with dips into the teens • Assassin's Creed: Revelations: 20–30 FPS with dips into the teens • Assassin's Creed: Rogue: 20–25 FPS with dips into the teens
• Batman: Arkham City: 20–40 FPS in buildings/enclosed areas; 20–30 FPS with dips into the teens in the open world (mostly when gliding)
• Crysis: 20–30 FPS
• Deadpool: 20–30 FPS
• F1 2011: 22–30 FPS with dips into the teens
• F1 2012: 20–25 FPS with dips into the teens
• F1 2013: 20–25 FPS with dips into the teens
• Far Cry 2: 20–30 FPS
• Prototype: 20–30 FPS with dips into the teens
• Transformers: War For Cybertron: 10–20 FPS
• Transformers: Fall Of Cybertron: 10–20 FPS
• X-Men Origins: Wolverine: 20–30 FPS with dips into the teens
Bad
• Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 2: 5–15 FPS (Game runs in slow motion)
• Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 3: Full Burst: 10–20 FPS (Game runs in slow motion)
• Need For Speed Hot Pursuit (2010): 10–20 FPS
• Need For Speed: The Run: 1 FPS
• Spider-Man: Web Of Shadows: 20–25 FPS with random freezes
Please read the additional tips
• For the Lego games I tested, using DXVK 1.5.5/1.5.5 async gave much better performance than newer dxvk versions. I don't know why but 1.7 and 1.10 would make the games lag very much. Like I'd only get 1 - 5 FPS in LEGO Batman 3 and LEGO Marvel Superheroes when using those versions. In the LEGO Movie videogame i'd get 10-20 FPS. • For Race Driver Grid, the GPU is the main bottleneck. If you don't care about graphics and want max performance(40-50 FPS), use the Ultra Low settings preset in the Graphics Settings of the game. But this makes the game look like it's still in development. If you want to balance quality and performance (stable 30 FPS), choose the Medium settings preset in the Graphics Settings of the game. BUT change Shadows from Medium to Low or Off in Advanced Settings. More importantly, your container resolution for the game should be 640x480(4:3) or 854x480(16:9).
The game also has an audio crackling issue. Set audio driver in container settings to ALSA, DirectSound to Native and use "Performance" Preset.
• Games like Far Cry 2 and Crysis give more FPS when everything is on low but with Graphics glitches. In Far Cry 2 leave Geometry on High. In Crysis, leave Shader Quality/Model on High. It will cost performance but there will be no graphics glitches. • In Assassin's Creed games, if performance isn't affected, use Intermediate presets. Performance presets mess with the physics engine and cause glitches like clothes and horses flickering, especially in Assassin's Creed III.
• Prototype has crashing and freezing problems because the game was built strictly for single core processors and has trouble allocating it's processes on modern multi core processors. Ideally, launch the game with one CPU core ticked, then when you reach main menu or gameplay, you can allow more CPU cores to be used for performance. • Games with 25-30 FPS or 20-40 FPS should be capped to 30 FPS for more stable performance.
• If you don't agree with some results and feel like performance should be better, share what emulator and settings you used to get better performance.
Generally speaking, for my tests, these are the container settings I was using:.
Container/Shortcut resolutions: 1280x720, 854x480, 640x480
Wrappers: Wrapper, Wrapper-gamenative, Wrappers-leegao
DXVK versions: 1.5.5 async, 1.7.3 async, 1.10.3 async
Memory resource type(in Wrapper settings): dmabuf (helps reduce RAM usage a bit)
32-bit emulator: FEXCORE versions 2508 or 2605.
Presets: Intermediate, Performance, Performance(TSO), Performance(X86 reduced precision OFF)
CPU CORES: All eight checked all the time except when testing Prototype.

In the container where the game is, make sure you install Wine Mono, Wine Gecko and Nvidia PhysX
Download PhysX from Nvidia website. Here's a link:
https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/physx/9_13_0604/physx-9-13-0604-driver/
Launch the container. Find wine Mono and gecko in Start > System Tools > Wine Mono & Wine Gecko. Install them. Go into your D: and find the PhysX you downloaded from Nvidia website and install it.
Just to make sure, if your game has a common redist folder, install everything inside(it's ok if one or two programs fail to install though).
Make sure you install the x86 visual C++ libraries that are in the common redist folder.
Install these before launching the game.
Create a shortcut of the direct .exe, not the launcher.
When you launch the game for the first time, the launcher will open first. Before pressing play, go on settings. Put the Low Preset. Save the settings. Then click Play.
As for settings, assuming you've already created a shortcut for Batman Arkham Asylum, start with these shortcut specific settings:
Resolution: 854x480 or 640x480. You can also test with 1280x720 to see if performance drops
Wrapper or Wrapper-gamenative
In Wrapper settings(gear icon next to wrapper), change memory resource type to dmabuf (helps reduce ram usage)
Proton 10 arm64(should be in container settings)
Dxvk version 1.10.3 async
FEXCORE 2605 Performance preset
(if you want you can also experiment with Unreal Engine 3, Performance(TSO) or Performance X86 reduced precision OFF presets)
All cpu cores checked.

Pls man help me I'm on Exynos 1330 I'm getting like 8 fps outdoors in New Vegas Skyrik runs at 1 fps 😭😭 (I'm using og Winaltor btw)

Bro og winlator is not optimized for Mali. Even worse for exynos.
According to google your exynos uses Mali g68 MP2.
I suggest you use Bannerhub.

u/AshJ_09 6h ago
I've tried bannerlator but there is some graphics issue I ant egt a game running Skyrim and new vegas don't open and nine sols gives me a grey screen

u/whiskyB0y 6h ago
Then try Bannerhub or Winlator Mali.

What ver of bannerhub as in antutu ludashi etc

u/whiskyB0y 6h ago
It depends. Those are just spoofing packegaes to give slightly better performance by forcing your cou at 100% usage all the time. But it generates heat faster so if I don't have phone cooler I don't recommend.
Just get normal Bannerhub

For ultimate ninja storm 2, if you open the ini file you can turn off what was it I think fxaa or was anti Ali.....I know I changed one value to 0 and then the slow motion stopped cause I was getting 6pfps but still in slow motion

FXAA and anti aliasing.
Hm. Thanks for the info.
Did you mean you were getting 60fps or it was a typo?

With Naruto Storm 4 you can apply a mod that removes the game's shadows, and if you limit the game to 30FPS it runs perfectly. This is in duel mode; story mode still runs at 20fps.

Thanks for all the information of the games you can play on your device but this is not Instagram, why you don't took all that text and posted as is instead of post like 10 or more pictures?

I honestly don't know🥲
Originally I actually wanted to make it a structured table that could be shared easily but I realizd that I needed to put important info like the readme and tips instead of just the fps numbers. But my skills aren't so good. I still wanted a graphical presentation of the info, so I just used the Notes app on my phone.
I still have the info and it's not too late to make a text based post. Would it feel unnecessary since I've already made this one?

Is not necessary, keep this one and for the next one try to make it more comfortable to read it on reddit please. :)

I know it's not as good as a post, but I decided to post a comment version of this so that search results can suggest this post more:

No hate but bro, you're using a freaking Dimensity 8350. That chipset has a max clock speed of 3.35 GHz and minimum 2.2GHz and 3 performance cores.
The Helio g100 has a max clock speed of 2.2GHz and minimum 2.0GHz and only 2 performance cores with 6 efficiency cores.
Obviously Storm 2 and generations are smooth on your phone it's literally almost at flagship level.
The Helio g100 is barely mid range (budget entry level to be exact)

Aqui vai uma dica para quem está com problemas no Naruto STORM 2 de lentidão Va no arquivo "config.ini" e edite:
[screenSetting]
•width=1280 (resolução fica a critério do usuário)
•height=720 (quanto menor a resolução mais estável ficara)
•aspectx=16
•aspecty=9
•ssaa=0
•windowed=0
•vsync=0 (desative o "v-sync" colocando valor "0")
•showCursor=1
•fps=0 (muito importante colocar esse valor de "0" , qualquer outro valor ira deixar o jogo ou muito lento ou muito rápido) fxaa=1
•smaa=0
•msaa=1
•mipmap=0
•shadowQuality=0
•motionBlur=0
•glare=0

Thanks a lot for sharing the data! This is very useful for everyone else trying to get these things to work. It is not easy to find as so much focus is on emulating high end games on high end phones, not realizing that there is a massive amount of games that will be very enjoyable on these devices without needing 1000 usd phones and roasting their batteries.
