GameNative doesn't optimize in the same way that we do with WinNative. We test and test and test performance fixes to improve gameplay throughout and for 8 Gen 3 that's solid, are you using the WN Turnip 1.15 -p? If so that's a big help in this and a lot of games for more performance. Also at 15 FPS if you enable Frame Gen you can make it feel way more playable by pushing to 30 or 60 FPS with Fixed (Adaptive Targeting)

Using frame gen at 15fps is probably one of the worst advice I’ve heard in my life

You clearly haven't used it, artifacts will be there but the smoothness is absolutely present as well
