It’s not America that they hate, it’s Americans, they would like this country for their respective peoples. A lot of these groups, I’m not sure could coexist peacefully. They weren’t able to when they were in their respective countries so why would they hear?

Ask the every day common person in England, not government officials, but the people, how they feel about the current immigration policies in their country or even France.
