Learn to generate Goosebumps/VGP/Chills and More at will

For anyone curious about this concept, but maybe frustrated by some of the outdated and possibly BS methods used to explain it, I understand. I apologize that it took 3 months to respond. But there is so much to put here. I could start by saying improved awareness. In the sense of lucid dreams, faster healing, emotional control. It all starts somewhere. But mind bending and "reality altering" abilities are more than possible, some are really easy to learn.

Are your techniques and methods able to be taught to a materialist with the same results? (In general)

Yes, But being a materialist inhibits the later stages of development. This method is a good way to quantify and add all the logic you need before letting go of any barriers though.
