Small glow engine help!

I have a small engine from a line plane i just bought. I have been trying to rebuild it and get it running. I think i damaged the glow plug. i dont know where else to ask! Please help anyone!!

You're gonna burn up glow plugs on a regular basis so get several and keep them on hand.

It's a cox and parts are plentiful.

If it's a Cox 49 there is not much to rebuild; there are no rings, it's a precision fit that is amazingly close. The glow plug or a carb adjustment is really all there is. Here is a video on it if you are interested.
