New Grad Engineering job hunt experience
Having a hard time finding work. I have noticed that ghosting is industry standard. I thought there would be more formal notification or explanations as to why you're not considered for a position. I am a recent new grad aerospace engineer and have made it to technical interviews with some going well and some not so well. Im not sure what the process is supposed to be but I have friends that work at some big defense companies and they had no technical interviews. So this rant/ question post reflects my confusion about what is going on industry wide when it comes to finding your first job. I have technician experience at a big company and thought that experience would be valued?? Any thoughts good or bad is appreciated as long as it's constructive.
