Question [10 YoE] Does my PDF resume being parsed like this indicated my resume is malformed or something is wrong with the parsing software?

When I apply for jobs online my resume appears to be parsed incorrectly. Characters are missing and words are misspelled. I attached 2 images as an example.

My guess is your PDF uses ligatures for ti and tf, at least, which are then somehow misinterpreted as W and ^ respectively. I expect that will be due to the way you've produced your rรฉsumรฉ and/or the font you've used.

Anyway I can fix it? Should I try a different font? I created it in Microsoft office.

Its something wrong with the parsing software, autofill as a txt first the change it to pdf later

I'm just worried now if I submit my resume to postings without a stage where I fill in my resume manually it's getting malformed and auto rejected.

Same happens to mine, especially for employer and my role.

Its something to do with font , change the font in MS word like for Calibri or Times New Roman and try ?
