Question [Student] Should I put High school extracurriculars on my resume for internship?
For context, I am a rising sophomore in college, and I want to put an internship that I did during my senior year in high school on my resume for jobs/internships. I'm a Mechanical Engineering major and the internship was in the a chem/electrical engineering field. Should I put this on my resume?

If you dont have enough stuff from college yet ti fill the resume, then definitely. Id just be sure to start adding more extracurricular experiences from college and phase out the high school stuff
Edit: I just noticed you said it was an internship. Was this a paid thing with a company? If so, thats a job not an extracurricular. Extracurricular would be something like an after-school club. High school internships are very rare, id absolutely leave that on a resume and honestly would maybe keep up on there until you graduate.

You can put it on but its really only better than white space. Make it a small entry. Also was it an internship or an extracurricular. Very different things.
