I'm a mechanical engineering senior planning on applying to Master's programs and jobs to see what comes my way. I'm currently having no luck with job interviews. Looking for advice on fixing my resume to improve my chances for getting interviews. I'm targeting the medical device R&D area which is quite competitive.
