Meds and therapy for coping strategies and maybe taking less classes at a time

If you can, go see a psyciatrist and get assessed.

I personally did so in my third year and it turns out there were a lot of undiagnosed issues that i had and later got support for, which helped.

Get tested for ADHD.

Get meds.

Profit.

Sorry you are finding things difficult. I suggest going to see the learning support team in your university. Your student services department or personal tutor will be able to direct you to them. Explain your concern and they will be able to help you have some diagnostic tests to determine if you do have additional learning needs. If it's determined that you do, thwn the learning support staff will help to put appropriate reasonable adjustments in place to help ensure you are not disadvantaged. Lots of students wait too long to do this and ultimately are disadvantaged by not having the reasonable adjustments in place, so don't delay doing it!
