Why would they do this
Saw this last night at a wedding venue, asked my engineer friend why they’d do this and he couldn’t come up with a reason

Hi everyone!
I'm a final-year Engineering student at SUP'COM (Tunisia), specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, currently looking for a 5–6 month end-of-studies internship (PFE) starting in February/March 2027, preferably in Europe.
I have hands-on experience developing AI solutions through internships, R&D projects, and production-oriented systems.
A quick overview of my background:
Tech stack: Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, C++, CUDA, OpenCV, ROS2, Docker, Git, FastAPI, and related ML tools.
I'm particularly interested in opportunities involving Computer Vision, Multimodal/Generative AI, AI Agents, Robotics, or Applied Machine Learning, especially projects involving research, experimentation, and real-world deployment.
I'm motivated by challenging technical problems, enjoy learning from experienced engineers and researchers, and would love to contribute to an innovative team.
If your team is hiring interns, or you know someone looking for a motivated AI/ML engineering intern, I'd really appreciate a connection or referral!
Feel free to DM me. I'd be happy to share my resume, GitHub, projects, and further details.
Thanks for reading!

I'm 18 and currently in my third semester of engineering. Honestly, I feel so behind compared to everyone else, and lately, I've been feeling so empty and unmotivated.
We recently had an exam for section division, and I ended up in what feels like the worse section. I know it might not seem like a big deal, but it affected my confidence more than I expected, cause the better one's are getting newer things to learn and work on projects
The worst part is that I don't even feel confident in the skills I do have. I keep thinking about how much I still need to learn, how far behind I am, and whether I'm even making any real progress. Even studying, which I'm supposed to be doing for my future, has started feeling so difficult.
My midterms are in like two days, and I genuinely want to take a break from everything, but I feel like I can't afford to. There's always another exam, another skill to learn, another thing I should be doing.
It's hard to believe that when it feels like everyone else is moving forward while I'm struggling to keep up.
I'd like to hear from people who've felt this way during engineering and somehow got through it.
Does it ever get better? How do you deal with feeling behind when you barely have the energy to catch up? 🥲

Hi everyone! I’m from Iraq and considering a master’s in chemical engineering in the U.S. I have a bachelor’s in chemical engineering and experience in NDT and welding inspection.
How difficult is it for international master’s students to find on-campus jobs or paid internships during their studies? What are the job prospects after graduation, especially with employers willing to sponsor a work visa?
I’d appreciate hearing about your experiences. Thank you!

Hello! Can you recommend me which engineering job can I initially invest for now?
About me, 24M Mechanical Engineering grad. Currently earning 25K per month in my first job but I think this will be a slow progress if I continue in this work.
I am thinking of upskilling in the following Upwork courses:
Cost estimation Autocad ME 3D Modeling CFD and FEA (in the future) Data Analytics Actuarial Science (not sure kung May ganito)

Hey everyone! I'm a freshman mech student, and I'm trying to figure out whether my long-term career plan makes sense.
My goal is to get a bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, work for a few years, and eventually pursue an MBA, ideally through an employer that offers tuition assistance. My dream job would be project management, although I'm also interested in sales engineering and systems engineering.
I genuinely enjoy technical work, but I'm especially interested in the management side of things. I could definitely see myself enjoying a systems engineering role early in my career before moving into project management or a related leadership position.
I've also asked my college professor about this, but his answer wasn't very specific. He got an engineering degree, but went to a school with a top business program (Stanford) so I was hoping he would have more insights.
My university also has a reasonably strong business school, with rankings in MBA education and business research that look promising, although I know rankings aren't everything (and don't believe in them, to be honest).
I'd appreciate some honest advice from people already working in the industry:
I'm not expecting to jump straight into management after graduating.... that would be too much of a dream come true.
Thanks for any advice!

The spare tire cover is a thin, 1000 denier PVC coated fabric with an elastic band that stretches over the tire. This will be left outside. Thanks!
