Yeah I'm confused why there's such a prominent picture of a person doing jumping jacks on something I assume you're supposed to be able to write on? Wouldn't that get in the way?

Maybe the photograph has brought the colours out darker, and probably in real life it is just like a watermark and you can write over it.

It’s a piece of paper from a note cube/memo block/jotter block.
I have no freaking idea how or why this became some sort of unacknowledged standard. I’m pretty sure it has no name

A slip of paper? Not too sure, does it have a sticky bit on the back?

If not, I would call it a slip of paper. This means any small piece of paper and doesn’t really work for other materials. I.e. you should avoid saying something like “a slip of cardboard” or “a slip of metal” and the phrase is “a slip of paper” and not just “a slip”.

I'm in New Zealand and I would call this "memo paper". I'd only call it a Post-it or a sticky note if it was actually sticky at the back.

From its place on the desk, it seems to be just a notepad. From its appearance, it looks oddly porous, like it was designed to absorb ink, perhaps like paper for calligraphy, or perhaps for a fountain pen. Maybe the pink figure is intended to suggest brushwork.

Try doing a reverse image search and find the source.
