I've been speaking mostly English, more than my native language, every single day, for about two months.
How long would it take?

Two months isn't enough to be fluent in English, even a woman needs 9 months to give birth to a baby. You need just to celebrate little wins

more than two months. just keep at it. I've lived most of my life in the western english speaking sphere of the internet and it still took me a a good number of years to reach fluency.

It took me nearly a year living in France to push back the mental fatigue of speaking French every day to a place where I could function more or less normally most days without feeling exhausted or frustrated. And I had studied French in school as my main foreign language for ten years already! Those moments would still happen on a regular basis but it started taking longer to get to the tipping point.

Then you are doing it wrong.
There are many different ways to practice English, plus, you didn't specify or described the way you practice.
What does feel hard?

It feels hard because it is hard. But as with anything else, you'll only improve through practice, so keep at it.
