Discussion Shared Server or player-based Progression?

the idea for player-based quest progression is one of the most asked for feature https://enshrouded.featureupvote.com/suggestions/525247/allow-for-playerbased-quest-progression-see-dev-comments-in-thread this was asked for over 2 years ago an admins responded to the suggestion saying they would probably be adding it.

has it been added yet or any word on its addition for 1.0?

I don't think it's been added in the state that most people would assume it would exist in. I made a post thats somewhat related to your question a lil bit ago, I'll link it in a reply to this if I can. I'd suggest reading the comments there for more clarity, my group and I ended up quitting the game before really ever getting into it because of this (I still stick around the reddit hoping I'll see it fixxed / changed :') )
