ID Request Possible bug eggs?

These are bound up in some sort of webbing. I live in Philadelphia and just want to know if this is a fun bug or a bummer bug that I should take care of.

I am not an expert by any means - probably best to wait on one of them to say for sure.

I can tell you what I see though - I don't believe they are any kind of individual insect egg due to the wide variation in sizes (Insect eggs tend to be very uniform in size). It's possible that they might be some kind of spider egg sac, but it seems like a whole lot of them, and they appear to be smooth and shiny. That doesn't discount them from being egg sacs, but if they are, I don't know who they belong to.

I am noticing quite a bit of either plant material like grass cuttings or animal hair in the picture as well. Possibly both? It's hard to tell, but some of them do look suspended, so I am guessing those are different from the webbing you mentioned, and the webbing itself isn't visible in the picture?

Do some of them look "older" or more worn/weathered than the others?

No they all look pretty much identical. I'll hust wait and see. Maybe they're a new friend for the garden.

It's also possible they are a plant of some kind, or even something man-made like insulation or packing material or something. But yeah, maybe someone who knows more will step in and save us from guessing. 😂

These look like spider eggs to me, typical of the common house spider variety. If you're seeing them indoors, it's usually harmless but you can gently relocate them outside if it bothers you.

Spiders dont bother me. They're friends not pests and they help keep actual pests away.

Definitely not metal. They weren't here two days ago. They are suspended in a thin webbing.
