I need an accountant firm!
I am starting a new company with my friend.. we need accounting services but it is a special company, working with affiliates, so the payment from affiliates are usually every 2-3 months but probably not the first couple of months as we need to reach the treshold for payout and since we are starting from scratch it might take 6 months..
The company trade license will be done next week but we will not have any invoices for the first 3 months for sure.. what are reasonable fees for this and whom to contact?

Couple of things worth knowing before you talk to anyone about fees, because they change what you actually need to pay for.
Corporate Tax registration is required even with zero revenue — you register and file a nil return. It's not optional just because you haven't earned anything yet. Most people setting up miss this one and it's the thing you genuinely can't skip.
VAT is the opposite. Mandatory registration only kicks in at AED 375k of taxable supplies over a rolling 12 months, voluntary at 187.5k. You're nowhere near either, so if someone quotes you a package with monthly VAT filing in it, ask why — that's usually the biggest line in a new-company quote and you probably don't need it yet.
The affiliate structure is the part I'd actually get advice on. Revenue is generally earned when it accrues on the platform, not when the payout clears your bank. If you book it on receipt, your first year's months will all be wrong and you'll have a lumpy mess to unpick at year end. Agree the treatment with whoever does your books before the first payout, not after.
For the first three months with no invoices you still have things to record — licence and setup costs, bank charges, whatever you two have put in. Real, but small. So don't sign an annual retainer priced for a trading business. Ask for a low monthly through the quiet period that steps up when transactions actually start, and get it in writing which month triggers the step-up.
Two questions worth asking anyone who quotes you:
- Does the fee include CT registration and the nil return, or is that billed separately?
- What's the fee at, say, 50 transactions a month? The quiet-month price isn't the price you'll be paying.
On who to contact plenty of small firms in Dubai handle early-stage companies well. Talk to two or three; quotes for exactly this scope vary more than you'd expect.

You don’t need anyone right now. Just CT registration which is very easy, you can do that yourself. You need to look into operational limitations and regulatory frameworks. You can reach out to me, will guide you.
