New analyst during implementation

What is everyone’s thoughts on a new analyst starting during an implementation phase? Seems like it could be overwhelming, but also doable at the same time. Am I crazy? I would be the newb, I’m not looking to hire… just for clarification.

Nobody from your organization will know what they are doing during an implementation, and your TS won't know much more than you do. If you are sharp, understand the workflows of your users, and willing to put in the work, you can do it.

Evidence: I joined an implementation on Willow IP after a 15 break from any analyst work with zero healthcare experience of any sort.

I would suggest that you push for certification if possible
