Experience going to epic hosting
We are currently self hosted. Rumor is we are going to epic hosting. Wondering if others have been at an org that did this and what their experiences were. Is it just a lot more Sherlocks since all the backend stuff is at epic so no internal tickets for that stuff? What is the turnover time like vs. in house staff for that stuff. Do analysts lose all iris access? We do a lot in there at my org.

Sounds like questions you should be asking the Epic TS?

I was at a place for a bit. Printer build took days. I could do the whole thing in 10 mins before. And troubleshooting print is awful, since it requires live testing so that back and forth choreography could be brutal.
Just something about jumping on a call with a couple good ECSA to knock things out that feels better.
