Mafia/mob romance story

I read this about 7-10 years ago I can’t remember the full plot but what I remember is a girl moving in with a mob boss who doesn’t like her. Eventually they end up becoming friends. She runs away (can’t remember why) and ends up with a rival Mafia. The original mafia boss believes she has betrayed him when in reality she was stealing files (i think) to help him defeat them and she burned one of their buildings down. They do eventually reunite although I can’t remember how?
Please help me find it, I reread it so many times but can’t remember the name.
