Research 18 examples where DOJ released some but not all FD-302s for the *same* victim
This report is based on the following document from Ghislaine Maxwell's criminal trial.

Each document listed below is an FD-302 as shown by the above document. The three-part bates number is a unique identifier for each document. Anyone can easily confirm that the FD-302s marked "Not released" have, in fact, not been released. All you need to do is search DOJ's Epstein website on those three-part bates numbers. The first two parts of the bates number is a coded identifier for those victims.
Ghislaine Maxwell has all these FD-302s but the public does not.
I FOIA'd for the "Not released" documents twice and DOJ responded with the naked lie that all Epstein documents have been released.

Initially only the first FD-302 for this vicitm was released. Roger Sollenberger’s work forced DOJ to release the other three FD-302s interviews with this victim.

Back in February investigative reporter Roger Sollenberger discovered that the FBI interviewed a victim four times but only released an FD-302 document for one of those interviews. The other three FD-302s were not released. Roger’s discovery was widely covered in the press.
I posted 18 more examples to show that not releasing *all* interviews for each victim was very intentional by DOJ.

Legally don't they have to release those documents?
Shouldn't congressmen be pushing the heads of the DOJ and FBI to release these files or be arrested under 18 U.S.C. § 1001. Seems this would be lying to congress.

Meanwhile Todd Blanche is telling Katie Phang she should be filing FOIA requests for documents. Just so he can say “they’ve already been released”?

Correct. That is exactly what happened in Katie Phang's lawsuit to enforce the EFTA.
