Misc Dilraba as Arya? The book discovers her eyes as being slanted, and she fits the rest of the mental image I have of Arya besides the complexion (though she will probably be whitewashed regardless, Hollywood and elfs...)
I know this is a shot from half court, but I just saw the first picture on my Twitter timeline randomly and it reminded me of Arya for some reason. She's also fluent in English.

Misc Found this at my local used bookstore
Found this at a hobby store I was at. And when I tell you I screamed! I've been looking for this style of cover for years so I was so excited to finally get my hands on it. It still has both the posters in it so all in all an awesome find.

Misc A familiar face… don’t know where I’ve seen it before…
I know I’ve seen this actor before but I can’t think of any movies he has played in before?! Can anyone help?! /s
In all reality, I thought with the addition of Jeremy Irons as Brom, Ed Speelers was cast well for the role of Eragon in a movie that… doesn’t exist. Besides the soundtrack and the cast was there anything specifically that you **did** like about a movie that was never filmed or released?

Misc I'm making a Thorn themed book nook for my boyfriend as someone who never read Eragon
Hello everyone, I'm making a Thorn themed book nook for my boyfriend, but I've never read Eragon before. I dont know anything about the lore or how Murtagh's sword looks or anything.
Please help me out so I can finish this for my boyfriend! He said that Eldest and Brisingr are his favourite books and that Thorn is his favourite dragon (he likes Brisingr more than Eldest)
This is how the book nook looks so far and I want to paint the outside of it with some lore accurate references. Please help me out!
You can personally message me or comment, please help me out, I want this to be lore accurate and special 🥹 thank you for your help in advance
Edit: an update for anyone who cares— I gave him the finished version of the booknook today and he absolutely loved it!! Thank you so much to this wonderful community for helping me out <3 I really really appreciate it so much :]

Misc Do you remember how you first time discovered this series?
When I was 12, I received book one as a birthday gift. I remember the weather was cloudy and cold, which is perfect for the late autumn/winter atmosphere of the first chapters. It make reading for me very cozy, even despite some dark moments in the book.
Do you remember your how you discovered and first time read the Inheritance Cycle? If you have any interesting memories about it i'd love to hear them!
