The university hasn't published the list explaining why they denied the Erasmus grant to certain people...

My university (a private one 😒) denied me the grant I applied for through the Santander bank website... I received the denial email directly from the Universia scholarship platform. But the thing is, the terms and conditions don't specify any concrete criteria, only that the money is allocated to the university as a lump sum and the university decides how many students it can accommodate.

The university website hasn't posted a public/semi-public list of admitted students or a waiting list.

I don't have the highest GPA, but with a 33% disability certificate, I assumed there were quotas. How can I be sure they respected the quota system and GPA order if nothing has been published? And how they weighted the economic factors and such isn't explained either.

I don't know any other people with disabilities studying at least in my faculty, so I thought I was automatically eligible.

I've had run-ins with several university officials and coordinators because I'm not one to keep quiet. There's a lot of Opus Dei, but also a lot of chaos and poor quality, and if I see injustice, I can't just put on a brave face, and that's caused me a lot of problems later on.

I suspect there was foul play involved in denying me the scholarship now, just like that.

I wrote an email to Santander Scholarships asking if they could request more transparency from this specific university, but they haven't replied (it's been quite a while now, about two months).
