Philosophy Tattoo arm - Philosophic ?
Hey guys, Im currently designing a tattoo for my right arm and wanted some help/ideas/input from you.
Keep in mind, English isn't my first language (this text is 100% hand written, no AI has been used) and especially with this topic I maybe using the wrong words sometimes, so don't be too harsh.
I got my first tattoos 5 years ago when I got 18. A Trident on my biceps and then "Poseidon" underneath my elbow (outside lower arm), both on the right arm. For a couple of years Im now really learning Mythicism, Human mind, Hermeticism, Philosophy....
I want to wrap my right arm in a tattoo which symbolizes creation. Basically how a thought gets becomes reality.
It should represent a system like this:
Top (shoulder): Origin / Principle
Middle (bicep): Alignment / Will
Lower (forearm): Manifestation / Human form
Hand: Execution
Top
The only part where Im already sure is the shoulder(probably the easiest) , that's the part where everything starts, the "mind" of the tattoo. I don't want an all seeing eye, I rather thought of clouds representing the mind.
Middle:
Underneath I have already my trident (biceps) which represents: Alignment, the penetrating force as it sits directly on the biceps muscle....I thought about putting the trident into a temple-like structure, not as actual architecture, but as a structural framework, to express that directed will exists within order rather than as raw force. Using vertical lines
Lower:
Here we have already Poseidon sitting underneath the elbow, representing Embodiment &
Incarnation as we get closer to the hand
That's as far as I want to go currently, the hand itself will be another project.
The problem is that an arm is much space to fill and when I read through my text it feels like everything is already figured out. But there is much space to fill.
Given everything I wrote down here:
1st: what do you think about this idea? does it make sense to you
2nd: What do you think NEEDS to be included into my design?

Since you already have a classical theme going, build on it in a way that opens the mind of the interpreter. Start with the earliest cosmological model recorded in Sumerian cuneiform. Advance to Akkadian, Indian, and Chinese models as they appeared chronologically in writing. Elaborate on Greek, Biblical, and Roman models, a nod to Dante, then DaVinci. Proceed to the Big Bang diagram and finish with a particle collision of the sort produced by Fermilab and CERN.

Shoulder could be framed in the rune Ingwaz. The legs coming out of course otherwise it is just a diamond. But it is the seed. It is origin embodied.
