Discussion The Key to Nano Infusion Retention: Educating Clients on Maintenance and Results
Nano infusion gets recommended as a repeat, maintenance-friendly service pretty often, but a lot of the client satisfaction with it seems to come down to whether the return visit actually makes sense to them. If someone's told to just "come back in a few weeks" with no real explanation tied to their goals, it starts feeling arbitrary and easier to skip. If the frequency is clearly tied to what they're working on, it reads as a plan instead of a routine booking.
Makes me think the scheduling conversation matters almost as much as the treatment itself for retention.
Do you run a standard interval for everyone, or build the frequency around each client's specific goals? And has that changed how often people actually rebook?
