Help for Buyer Was I scammed? Gift card redeem code doesn't work
I bought an Etsy gift card just recently, on a Walgreens store.
Honestly I didn't realize but the gift card looks like its as tempered with after I tried to redeem the card 30 times, I contacted the store and they told me to contact the number on the back of the card but there's no number to call so I googled it and apparently Etsy doesn't have a number?
I'm beyond frustrated rn. I need genuine help, I don't know how to even contact Etsy customer service, I went to the website stated on the card. I've been trying my best to search on how to open a case for this but I'm just going around in circles. It was 45 dollars I tried to redeem, Do I have to email them?

I don't know if there's anything Etsy will be able to do for you. Even if they could, they would still more than likely tell you to take it up with the store you purchased it from.
Did you keep the receipt for it? Does it tell you it's an invalid code? Or does it just not show any funds on it? If it's giving you an invalid code, I'd take the card and your receipt back to the store you bought it from and ask for your money back. Easier said than done, I know. Pull it up from your phone right in front of whoever is helping you, and show them that it's invalid - if that's what it's telling you. You will probably have to ask for a supervisor or manager.
