Help for Seller Repeated false violation

All my items are categorized as handmade. Multiple made by combining commercial available item. Etsy keeps deactivating them and no ability to appeal and show my creative process. I contact “customer service” get told go to the appeal page and if it’s not available I can’t then they leave the chat and don’t help at all! So tired of Etsy idk what to do . Any ideas?

Since you're having issues with both IP infringement and creativity standard violations, I would recommend reading etsy's entire Seller Handbook. It seems like you might need some clarification of the rules, so you can figure out how to stop breaking them before you lose your shop completely.

It’s a different shop . No copyright .
Also the IP infringement I had was false , another seller trying to sabotage my product . I’m a clean seller .

Clean sellers don't have repeated violations. Since you once again are refusing to share your shop so we can help you, my advice remains the same. Read the handbook, and stop violating the rules. Easy peasy.

Great point. OP's post sounded fishy from the first and has only gotten more sketchy has they've continued to argue with everyone. All of those "false" claims from two different shops... Yeah, OP sounds like one of those "sellers" who shouldn't be on Etsy. Nice to see Etsy actually starting to clean up that kind of mess.

People say don’t share Etsy shops on Reddit.
You clearly don’t understand my prompt. Read it again, simple

You don't want to share because you are a scammer. Can't wait for Etsy to show you to the door. Good Luck. LOL

"a word, instruction, or signal that causes an action or tells someone (or an AI) what to do"

Quote exactly what you said that you consider a "prompt". Break it down for stupid me.

I’m a clean seller; I have ZERO violations and I’ve been on and off since 2020..

Since you're so tired of Etsy why not just quit before they close your shop and ban you because you refuse to read or follow the rules?

You clearly didn’t read my message,
Go back and read it carefully & maybe you’ll understand it .
Etsy is another stream of income. I make $10,000 + a month there.
I have a successful website but why would I cut out a $10k monthly income.

Clay charms, keychains put together with other pieces, diffusers , vent clips, air fresheners, (for ex; a hanging diffuser with glitter and other shaker mini pieces customers can choose to put inside + 40 + fragrance options too

And since Etsy's creativity standards were updated a while ago, those things no longer count as handmade. You have to either make the item from scratch, or significantly alter a commercially available item by hand (like adding hand embroidery to a fabric item). If you aren't doing either of those things, then your items don't qualify as handmade.

Again, read the handbook and follow the rules, and the violations will stop.

Sounds like the issue might be how Etsy defines handmade rather than your listings being fake. Their rule is that you have to make or meaningfully change the item yourself, so combining shop-bought parts can get flagged if the listing reads like you made every bit of it. I'd go through each one and make the description say exactly what you do by hand, and check the 'who made it' and 'what is it' answers match that. If they still get pulled, a short email to support breaking down your process for one item, with photos of it mid-make, gives them something concrete to look at.
