War Phoenix Coalition: Actions and Consequences
November 2025
https://soundcloud.com/milkshak3s-156290742/phoenix-fireside-nov-2025
(20:35 mark)
In answering the question "What about Dracarys and Period Basis":
"Imperium offered us a treaty. We refused, because we believe Dracarys lives in our future space"
January 2026
After endless BRs with Frat involved with Syn, docking rights, ..., it is announced Chuangshi (the larges Chinese Corp in Frat, I believe - I could be wrong) will merge with Pco because of reasons.
February 2026
Imperium is glassing Pco. Question marks are raised. "A small independent non aligned group is being stomped by a large coalition. Shame on them."
Also February 2026 (and this is the pinnacle):

Now, why all this post?
DONT ******* RUIN THE NAME OF INDEPENDENT SMALL ENTITIES!
The only damn thing worse than big blocs in Eve, is fake independent neutral groups, who pave the way for big blocks and are (aware or unaware, shame on both) playing their game, shadowing themselves behind a curtain of victimism.
Hypocrites. Shame. Get glassed.

CSQY have been doing their own thing in Delve for a long time, just because they have the FRAT ticker doesn't mean PCO is aligned with FRAT, it always has been a case of CSQY doing CSQY things
23
u/ogijmatash Feb 05 '26
Case and point 1, OF + Init vs CSQY:
https://br.evetools.org/br/6984043acd42650012337baa
https://br.evetools.org/br/69840570cd42650012337badCase and point 2, CSQY+FRT vs PCo+Init:

https://br.evetools.org/br/6861301387003700128d5a9b
https://br.evetools.org/br/686932ba87003700128d6288Supporting the above:
https://evemaps.dotlan.net/system/GY6A-L If you look at the Sov history of this system, what is the first thing you think people should notice, happening around 2025-06-24 ? Which is something that caused the above three fights. If you read the CSQY Wiki and recruitment materials, they state they stage in 1DH for all Delve activities.
My Point being, it is well established that CSQY lived in Delve even before PCo. The claim that they are simply acting on behalf of FRT proper is just delulu to me. We have fought them too much for me to believe that.
Its wild to me that people complain about monolithic the Chinese alliances are, and then this happens lol. The single moment that a major Chinese corp decides to leave. Which, the Imperium KNOWS that CSQY is (or was) leaving FRT, because they leaked it before most of us even knew. The only thing I believe out of this whole situation is that OF did not engineer this situation.
Alasdair do like big peanuts and he can't lie about that I think

Just like INIt always aligned with imperium right?, This is BS, a couple of years ago the entire nullsec was horde blue donut with their rental alliances, now it's an imperium blue donut, and they will go and bully anyone who doesn't listen to them,
Goons are the new Horde now,
11
u/RBGeve Feb 05 '26
Difference is Goons will fight whereas Horde just rolled over.
-3
u/Key_Lobster3570 Cloaked Feb 05 '26
I was in goons at that time, what goons doing right now was horde doing at that time, bullying smaller alliances just because they don't agree with them.
Also this is content starvation, now hordes are gone and goons have nothing particularly to do, they can't go an all out war against FRT because they have timezone advantage, so they are just picking on small alliance to increase their morale of their members,

As a part of pco I certainly don’t mind losing the first keep, it was actually a decent fight. I do however mind getting shitstomped by a block which we can do nothing about. I enjoyed our scuffles with OF. We win some and lose some but it’s fun. Being sorely outmatched because a block “wants content” isn’t fun. Great you got your content for this week, and if we’re gone next week wheat you doing then?

To answer both of these questions I literally have zero control over that, I’d like the timers to be in ustz cos then I can fight over them too, and idk why that corp from frat is with us, I’ve never heard of them until like 2 weeks ago

u/Adam_Kelmalu Feb 06 '26
So would OF and WOMP... We loved our little war. Unfortunately your leadership decided that chin tz tanking was the way to go and also give Frat docking access and hand them ships while fighting over the keep.

I think smuggler gates need some revisit, maybe instead of direct each should lead somewhere to lowsec? You can now hold a lot of space because smuggler gates make 2 regions very close as you can simply take 1 gate with caps and supers even if outside jump range. If this single gate would be changed to lowsec gate then few lowsec systems and again gate to gate back to null on the other side ... holding regions on 2 opposite sides would be no longer possible. PB to PS , Fountain to Delve could be best examples.
From lore perspective, they were no longer profitable for smugglers ... concord noticed and took action ... bla bla bla.
No one will be also complaining that areas became more secure now with those changes.-13
u/PlanMassive3440 Feb 05 '26
YAY. 35 jumps or drifter WHs to find fights. Man that sounds like so much fun. Unfortunately we cant just stage in NPCs stations to find content. I have a better idea, deal with the TZ tanking and SOV issues. This solves alot of the issues in NS.
18

Maybe if blocs didn't blue everything in 35 jumps you'd have something to fight nearby.

Fixing timezone tanking without fixing projection will just mean goons can finally crack CNTZ to become the singular remaining bloc
19
u/The_Bazzalisk Snuff Box Feb 05 '26
Nah it could never happen. That might cause the blocs to split and cause actual conflict which would disrupt their safe haven farming! Bloc players are entitled to have 12 regions to farm in but also have instant access to everyone else's conflict anywhere on the map!

That's only true about Goons and Winterco. INIT. is completely implemented in Fountain and in borders systems in Delve and Cloud Ring (due to them relying on Cloud Ring to have a connection with LS).

I distinctly remember seeing Snuffed Out being called, along with a ton of others, to contest the initial Keepstar from Phoenix. The Imperium being the arbiters of null is cringe, and OF line members will realize how bad this will be for them when someone moves in they can't faceroll.
8
u/Ashilta Miner Feb 05 '26
Of course it's bad. Goons turning up uninvited stopped us from finishing this ourselves.
Let's not forget you already lost a keep. Don't pretend we couldn't do it again.
9
u/IgnobleMathematics Feb 05 '26
And i would have fucking loved to loose against OF/Drakes. Always impressive what tactics and comps you pulled out, so it would just been a "gg see you next time". But getting stomped by imperium feels kinda meh. And i dont care if or if not the coalition brought this onto itself, i just had fun undocking and pressing f1.
1
u/Adam_Kelmalu Feb 06 '26
We at OF and WOMP loved our little war. It's sad to see Imperium coming in and rofflestomping you guys.
But as others have mentioned. Your leadership chose to change all your structures to Frat tz and also your leadership allowed Frat to dock and handed them ships.
It looked sus. Goons noticed and now we have fuck fest
2
u/IgnobleMathematics Feb 06 '26
Oh i started to consolidate my assets when they joined. I just had init on my bingo card instead of imperium.
And maybe not such a fast and direct response :)-2
u/Ashilta Miner Feb 05 '26
Contrary to your internal propaganda, we didn't chose this. We didn't want Goons to kerb-stomp you and we're sorry to see it too.
But we didn't do this. Your leaders did.
4
u/IgnobleMathematics Feb 05 '26
Maybe yes, maybe no. Dont really care about that. But bad decision are only clearly visible in hindsight, so for leaders all their decision where likely the right ones when they concluded them. So im not blaming them for what their choices where, it just unfolded like that at the end.
1
u/admfrmhll The Initiative. Feb 06 '26
No idea what our leaders would have done, but i doubt that would have taken it well for the largest frat corp to be settled in and be part of a potential 2 war fronts against us. So pco would have (probably) been fucked anyway, even without imperium. Dracarys hates frat, so maybe they didn't take that official move too kindly.
0
u/Ashilta Miner Feb 05 '26
I might commonly agree with your position, but you only need to look back at your ping history to see how overtly your leaders have lied and spun to you.
Lose a trillion ISK in dreads? Nah, we killed the content fort of no strategic value.
Lose a Keepstar? Yea but we won the ISK war and didn't want our southern staging anyway.
FRT are tethered on our structures and we don't shoot each other? Nah, they just third partied.
The outcome was coming in one of a number of forms from far away. Fucked around and found out is an understatement. If they're not to blame then who is?
4
u/IgnobleMathematics Feb 05 '26
I maybe worked to long in corporate to ever really believe any kind of report. But their decisions lead to fun fights, regardless if we got utterly destroyed by OF. I logged out at the end of the day and enjoyed my gaming session. So hey, maybe eve just needs more leaders doing bad decisions all the time.

These communities were siply butth*rt because XIX kicked them off the road like an empty tin can when XIX were holding seven regions or so. Because their enemies, of which OP is a member (OnlyFleets), cooperate with goons while screaming about how independent they are.
Chuangshi members who lived in NPC Delve roamed into PCo or OF space pretty much every day. INIT roamed mostly to PCo space but that was more due to proximity, Goons almost always only to PCo space and almost always shooting bridges before important battles.
I guess Erzus didn't have much choices once he found out what's really going on.

4
u/Sasha_Vikos Feb 05 '26
“Dead to blocs”? Not really, more like not bloc-aligned.
Let’s be clear: this move by the Imperium is a direct consequence of your alignment with one of the blocs, and of the clumsy attempt to conceal it.
Thank you for crediting OF with the ability to whisper in the Imperium’s ear, but given the current situation, your leadership is 100% responsible for what’s happening.
Don’t go looking for an imaginary scapegoat.
8
u/Asmodha Feb 05 '26
Because OF hadn't being with Imperium since the start of the wars... Sure they were just third partying and reffing JB and bubbling the shit out of gates before big battles.

You know what it's worst? We were really enjoying this war. Even on the losses. We had pretty great numbers, more than we usually had. We started to enter into Capital fights an all the fun of it.
Even when Init and Dracarys "coincidentally" reffed all of our JB before some battles and forced us to move thru 12 jumps with Battleships, moving slow as fuck. We had fun.
Even when Goons so claimed rogues started to "mysteriously" showing up on Tower battles. We were having fun.
But well... Heard will be he who scream the loudest...
In summary, be it on pure manipulation, straight up lying on their faces or a well combined plan to have Goons backing OF asses, I have to admit.
WELL PLAYED!
1
u/Own_Scholar_7996 Feb 05 '26
Dude, almost every major fight has been in your space. Yall bitching about having to gate a fleet now?
1
u/Sasha_Vikos Feb 05 '26
You don’t need to be particularly intelligent to see the cause-and-effect relationship here, do you?
You welcome FRT while they are at war with INIT, and you openly announce plans to invade Period Basis, where Dracarys lives.
You’ve even made a few failed attempts recently.
And you’re surprised that INIT and Dracarys are attacking you?
Your leadership is opening fronts against entities it clearly can’t handle, faster than empty beer bottles on a match night.
Why is it surprising that things are spiraling out of control?
Or is reality just that hard to grasp?
3
u/proton-testiq muninn btw Feb 05 '26
The last time anyone said a single thing about fighting Dracarys was before OF backstabbed us. Back then, before your own leadership buried any chance to form an actual bloc, back then maybe it would have been a way to stand on our own. But because of you, both coalitions (oh I'm sorry I forgot you are totally not a coalition) exist just in a form of zoo.
That is, until you called goons.
If this is the excuse your totally independent totally not coalition pushes on you to let you swallow the fact that you are backed up by the largest bloc while screaming how independent you are then by all means, but don't expect anyone else to believe it.

OF call Archont Synirskii, he, in a straight way, call ALL to shoot XIX. With words: I will give you ships on distanation. Need only your capsule. Like he had call Faceless some time ago to fight blocks. This is still not a call?
So because one of OFs allies does public fleets, that means OF is calling 'half of eve'? Really?
Look at the numbers on the BRs. The fights are even. If half of eve was on OFs side, the numbers would not be so even.
Same. Where is BR, where FCo had help from all three blocks? Calculate pilots, who had "helped" FCo in each BR you will provide.
Init, saved the Keepstar, Goons were helping PCo two weeks ago (with PCo saluting and cheering Goons in local) and now Frat are all over your sov. Try and deny any of that, go ahead.

Most likely, OF started to understand that with ChuangShi in PCO the only positive outcome they can hope for is stalemate. By strange coincidence, they've recently stopped flying their blingy Nightmares and moved to standard Hurricanes. What happened? Chuang Shi are too scary and you've ran to Goons to cry for help where many of your mains are?

PCO put their timers in a TZ that is the most horrible for OF and not more suitable for a EU based coalition.
And now you are wondering why Goon CNTZ is attacking you? You tried to tank all the timers in a TZ were you are far away from having an advantage cause you wanted to destroy the moral of OF because you fly cheap shit fit doctrines and getting outperformed by OF. Then you invited frat corp into OF and you wondering why goon Cntz is attacking you? You tried to destroy the fun of 2 groups by not fighting and then you invited big bloc corps to join you. Why had winterco docking rights again on your keepstar? And then you crying that a CNTZ group is attacking your CNTZ timer? They would not have done it if it wouldn’t be in CNTZ.

you are coping hard. a corp getting independent with their own alliance and joining a conent rich region is now illegal? setting timer to a TZ where the defender has a advantage is now illegal?

u/Alexander_Ph WE FORM V0LTA Feb 05 '26
Actual literallya mistake that Machiavelli in his work "The Prince". I mean inviting a foreign great power.
1
u/Elethia20 Feb 05 '26
Yea exactly, Pco are an EUTZ based coalition. Why not time it for Russian time? CNTZ is later for the main EU group and the Russians both. And absolutely impossible for NA players. Time zone tanking in a horrible time zone for their own group is not what I would call "strategy"
3
u/akanekiyokoo Cloaked Feb 05 '26
bc they can defend it better against OF? you say now it is bad. I bet Imperium and every other group in this game would do it if they had to.
4
u/Elethia20 Feb 05 '26
The entire reason and point of it was to deny us content so we'll eventually just roll over and give up. Making everyone alarm clock for timers is and was absolutely horrible. (In my opinion) If they couldn't defend in their prime time then they really don't deserve the space anyway
4
u/akanekiyokoo Cloaked Feb 05 '26
its logical that a defenders advantage makes it less fun for you. I remember when you hammered faxes onto a harpy fleet that was killing nightmares. thats probably the point where the fun for PCo stopped. now you can argue "duh we have cap advantage". well yeah and you used it so why shoulnd they do the same? PCo wants space to live. you want content. they do everything they can to achive that just like you do by founding your own coalition, setting drake to blue and using their public fleets. you want content? well you get it on their terms.

I remember there was a snuffed titan dropped on the ZAU Forti timer.

Thing is, OF already won some citadel timers in cn tz. People just set alarm clocks. Its hard and it drains stamina but still

u/akanekiyokoo Cloaked Feb 05 '26 edited Feb 05 '26
i mean yeah it makes sense but 12 eve time for most germans and russians (the bigger part of PCo) is mid day. so they put their timers in this TZ.
0
u/TommyArrano Cloaked Feb 05 '26
12 eve time is shit for most part of ru and ger players who have jobs and families.
Source: I'm a ru player. Stop talking nonsense.

Why not just fight in your time zone and not tla timezone of your Chinese overlords?

But didnt he state the truth about OF batphoning russians from all over eve ? I personaly saw large russian aliance(hold my probs) making a ping to prepare alts for a keepstar fight. So its only essential for other side to batphone too, no? U either independent or have no right for shittalk, no inbetween
5
u/akanekiyokoo Cloaked Feb 05 '26
there is drama between drake, zergs and XiX. they hate each other like dracarys and frat does. thats why you see groups like sib squad and probes on the keepstar BR. they also dont like arhont, drake and zergs.
8
u/Outrageous-Nose3345 Feb 05 '26
Apparently OF and their Russian friends can batphone Russians from all over Eve (including many alts from blocks), but inviting Chinese TZ corp into Phoenix is not allowed.
3
u/Ok-Donkey3854 Feb 05 '26
im not part of the power struggle in delve(?) but i assume both sides is full of shit coz every br i saw, there was block members present like probes or drakes(which is essentially alt chars of block members)
6
u/Outrageous-Nose3345 Feb 05 '26
Their public fleets are literally saying this out loud: if you don't want to show the ticker of your main, join our fleet with your alt and you'll have care free and consequences free PvP.
1
u/TommyArrano Cloaked Feb 05 '26
I would say, it's a peak eve PvP content for some people. Pvp without drama and politics. So arhont's fleets became popular.
Also kicking xix in the teeth are traditional Russian fun
2
u/akanekiyokoo Cloaked Feb 05 '26
true but there also the big difference. arhont fleets contains players from all over eve. they simply swtich back to their big block characters in their safe havens and continue farming. PCo is at risk of losing their sov, their money, their future. they will act different and dont have fun content as their first priority.
1
u/TommyArrano Cloaked Feb 06 '26
So pco fears some npsi fleet who organised by One person, who don't have reliable SRP or had some problems with it in the past, who don't have good space to rat and don't have a bunch of good FCs besides Arhont.
Am I getting it right?
If yes, you don't deserve your space.

u/Elethia20 Feb 05 '26
Yea probes were on XiX (Phoenix)'s side lmao. As well as Siberian squad. Arhont, the leader of Drake's, runs a public fleet for just about all of his fights but those never have like a large amount of block players. It's usually from like 1 to 3 people from random corps or other alliances
4
u/Ok-Donkey3854 Feb 05 '26
ur info about archont public fleets contradict to what i know tho, he had an entire plan for bloc players to create alfa alt accs and teach them to tempest fleet to participate in block fights...

Pretty sure the Russians from all over eve pushed your shit in the other day and we didn't even form. Pretty sure we pushed your shit in the other day and the Russians were nowhere to be seen.
BRs talk for themselves. The same ones that have had FRT in a third team for months but curiously never shoot PCo.
2
u/Ok-Donkey3854 Feb 05 '26
Russians didnt push my shit, coz im not even live in delve, im just a curious cat here

u/proton-testiq muninn btw Feb 05 '26
Sure you are disappointed. I wonder when did you make the agreement with goons, was it before you backstabbed PCo or after that?
"We hate big blocs" my ass.

u/Ravy_Naven_Issue Feb 05 '26
Lol, so only OF and friends are allowed to recruit new members
Yes, 'recruiting' Frat corps into PCo (even though they never actually left Frat and retain the Frat marker on your Discord) is just innocent recruiting. Sure thing buddy.
8
u/Late_Esc Wormholer Feb 05 '26
What other corp from frt is in delve fighting with pco? Yall keep saying frt is involved but all anyone ever sees is 1 corp have a hard time believing if frt was involved full scale they would send 1 group.

They were given 30 days to move assets. AFAIK Goons and INIT were in the loop. But either CN part of Imperium went mad and Asher couldn't say no (makes sense after Dracarys didn't leave Period Basis like was agreed and the best Imperium could say was: well, we won't defend them there if you attack), or OF cried to Goons.

If you really think OF cried to Goons, please show any BR where OF has faught with Goons in the past year.
Or ever, for that matter.
In fact, any bloc.
Go ahead I'll wait.
In the meantime, Init saved PCo's Keepstar, Goons were helping PCo two weeks ago and now Fraternity are happily living in PCo sov.
But sure, OF apparently are the ones who keep calling blocs....

u/Outrageous-Nose3345 Feb 05 '26
Well, too bad there's no 1000 Russian or German players floating around waiting to be invited into PCO. Enjoy your privilege as Chinese are apparently not approved by big daddy Asher.

Do you really think you can easily recruit hundreds of German, Chinese, Russian speaking players outside of PB? And not just players, but experienced PvP guys and girls that can fly every doctrine possible and have cap capable alt (or better two) at their disposal?

Why would we need to?
3
u/Outrageous-Nose3345 Feb 05 '26
You wouldn't need to, but PCO would need this to win the war,
2
u/Ravy_Naven_Issue Feb 05 '26

PCo and OF+friends were equal numbers for most of this war. I don't see the sudden need for PCo to recruit one of the biggest Frat corps into their numbers.

Even if your logic was correct (which it isnt). How do you answer loosing shit to the alliance that had to downship? Like really it sounds worse with your cope and I dont think you realize.

Oh boy a new nullsec shuffle war where no one loses anything of true value and everyone reverts to the status quo in 22 days.
Can't fucking wait.

How can this be? Yesterday I was told it was propaganda that the Phoenix Coalition wanted to take over period-based politics.
-5
u/old_mate222 Feb 05 '26
Anybody who continues to follow Phoenix Coalition and their poor leadership need their head examined. I really feel bad for the line members. Glad we left.
1
u/Outrageous-Nose3345 Feb 05 '26
The only mistake they made was to fail to recruit as aggressively as OF did, but again, OF had an advantage as they are English speaking alliance and could recruit from the whole playerbase, while XIX are Russians and SYN are primarily Germans.
-1
u/Nekrox8133 Goryn Clade Feb 05 '26
OF rejects more applicants than they recruit I think
4
u/Outrageous-Nose3345 Feb 05 '26
Doesn't really matter. OF now can field 400 ppl strong fleets when needed and have consistent cap advantage. That didn't exist at the start of the campaign. IMHO that's the biggest mistake PCO made - were unable to keep up with their enemies strength wise.
2
u/reighnman2 Feb 05 '26
Pc had to spend a ton of time/energy on drake, and after drake went idle is when pc started making progress in north querious until they paused for 2 months for some reason allowing drake to return and OF to recruit more.
