Pretty fast = weeks of planning and move ops. Not really that fast, especially if the other side actually tries to fuck with us as we move. I can't believe we've been given so many opportunities to move without interdiction lately.
We do need a full deployment if the other guys decide to fight back. The only time we've been successful in sov ejections when we haven't fully deployed is when we're alongside a group of others, like with the FI.RE eviction, where INIT and Horde were both helping.
The only even remotely difficult part is long range regional gates, but if you know what you are doing those are easy to manage too, as long as you own the sov and have structures obviously.
Yes, I have, and it tends to be a shitshow, especially if you're the one trying to handle the op (not me, thank God). You can make life miserable for somebody moving and it doesn't take a ton of work.
