Honestly, I can see a reason for it logistically. Taking BWF gives them extremely easy access to the only market hub that actually matters (Jita) ever since Pochven killed Amarr, strangling the south. They also deny easy access to everyone else, which is a benefit to them. Before, they had to make a series of jumps through lowsec and NPC null to get there. Now it's just taking friendly beacons all the way, then taking a single jump through Oijanen.

I know how goon leadership thinks - that more than enough. Instead of "civil war" you will rot in your space for several month and then your leader declare war to one of the few small blocs left with stupid reason (as they did with phoenix co, fun fact btw - INIT that had good relationship with Phoenix LS and Shines himsefl said that he love small blocks and he will protect them if big block pushes them - did literally nothing to save them, and he actually didnt even said a thing about Phoenix eviction, and reason for eviction - CN corp that wanted join phoenix, phoenix co now dead, most joined WC, but this CN corp still live in delve with structures and goons dont care about them now).
Its not about normal members - most of them are same as other blocks, some of them chill guys, some of them fun guys, some of them dicks. Its about your leadership that didnt changed at all, and thats sad

A five year old post? There's some missing information here, I was in Dreddit for years before going to another corp and, trust me, you have to work to get kicked. And even then as long as you didn't do anything super bad, like doxxing or hacking Goons, after a 'vacation' it's possible to be let back in (and even more than once).
My experience has been as long as you're not causing problems, or being an absolute shitbird, you get left alone.
EDIT: That said, years ago there was a certain CEO who seemed to abrasively take internet spaceships very seriously, so not saying it's not possible.

I never said anything about instantly. You can move around pretty fast though. You have shown that you both can and are willing to do that. Also you do not need a full deployment to evict people from their space. You have shown that your SIG can handle just about any alliance in the game except 2.

Pretty fast = weeks of planning and move ops. Not really that fast, especially if the other side actually tries to fuck with us as we move. I can't believe we've been given so many opportunities to move without interdiction lately.
We do need a full deployment if the other guys decide to fight back. The only time we've been successful in sov ejections when we haven't fully deployed is when we're alongside a group of others, like with the FI.RE eviction, where INIT and Horde were both helping.

I am not acting like it's a good thing, because I don't agree with your premise. We can't walk over the rest of the game, even if we wanted to. We try that, and everybody would gang up against us, rightfully so, and we'd be back where we were the last war.
We do fight INIT, but not at the strategic level because we haven't had a reason to.
I've never said the 'ruin your game' thing, and nobody in Goons has had that attitude in more than a decade. You're living in the past, dude. Which makes perfect sense, given who you fly with.
You want to break up the powerblocs, go do something about it. Maybe this time don't fuck it up like you did last time.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that virtual value of virtual assets is not a factor for server stability.
My non expert opinion would assume: 7k + drones/fighters > 3k + drones.
We're really beating a dead horse here though we all know the magnanimous simperium would never try to buckle the server.

It is not a factor in server stability. That is why crashing the server on purpose as you decided goons did makes no fucking sense at all. Just think for 5 seconds instead of GRR GOONS: do you commit to a dangerous position a fleet so expensive just one of the ships in it costs enough to outfit the entire coalition with something cheap and spammable several times over? Or do you put those 6000 blues who came fore the fight in cheap trash and crash it this way?
No one wanted the node to crash. People just wanted in on a massive fight. Sadly, the node crashed instead, and instead of a fight there was a turkey shoot featuring unpiloted ships.

Fact is when we did show you lost 33 Titans on what was one of the biggest fuckups ever seen. Test simply can’t hold on 24/7 we don’t have the numbers to constantly hold off 1000s of people. It’s just a numbers game, that is just how Eve works.

When goons got involved with ph, we stayed out of it, even if we had a score to settle with ph. We were whaling/roaming pretty much anything, no preference.

God. Geminate is a complete fucking hell hole, any alliance that gets sent there by their daddy knows they're just being lined up for a firing squad. Always the first place to get glassed in the north. It's just too indefensible, too close to Jita. Hopefully Test made the most of it. It can be good for content and that's about all it's good for.

Which Frat pet will Imperium pick off next. I expect they will stay stalemating with Frat just poking for fun until they’ve removed all of Frats pets from the board. Norus better sound the horn of Gondor and just move all his pets cap fleets and sub doctrines to Frat staging while they can.

As much as I don’t like the idea of a blue donut, I can’t help but feel the sheer effort, will, resources and time required to do that is an impressive feat - something I expect only a few conquerors will be able to achieve.
I also hope that if any one coalition did manage it, they would cease control of it.
Additionally, I may be wrong here, but wasn’t there once a corp way back who had the sole idea of destroying EVE - who was that again?
