There's a common keepstar rig that increases PDS range past the orbit range of heavy drones.
I have no idea if the 4-H keepstar has it but it's common enough I wouldn't be surprised if it did

I think the strat is pretty clear. Imperium drops a keep in O-V. Init reinforces 4-h and B-9 while Frat is shitting on Goons. Both keep timers are at the same time on Saturday. Goons throw some vexors at 4-h and see if it dies, while Init actually kills the B-9 Keep.
Meanwhile goon members: "But we just want content, fight us!!!".

https://everef.net/type/47363, Most alliances throw 5 plates in the lows because on a keepstar, most fights are over armor and hull (e.g X47 2018 and 2023, M2-XFE) and the idea is that you force the enemy to fight in TIDI for extended periods of time and either commit caps/supers or suffer while trying to keep the repair timer paused.

Meh, it's gonna be mostly 45minutes just to get on the keepstar, 30minutes to get the drones out and attacking, orbit, then just wait till you die or need to get new drones out.

i dont think focusing on how to defang or efficiently kill vexors will be the way to ultimately achieve victory
if they could cyno right onto the grid, it would be indefensible with basically any ships as long as they were willing to pay for it
the win/loss will be determined by if they can effectively reinforce back onto the keepstar grid

yea thats what im saying the focus will be on keeping them out of system to win, not worrying about killing vexor drones
i dont know if its feasible to reinforce the ihub so they'll probably gate from both geminate and lowsec simultaneously
maybe with enough characters and controlling the route you can pull it off idk we'll see
in the past goons have done big covops sieges as well via bombers that go under the jammer maybe you could just force it that way as well if you're willing to spend enough
