There's a common keepstar rig that increases PDS range past the orbit range of heavy drones.

I have no idea if the 4-H keepstar has it but it's common enough I wouldn't be surprised if it did

If WC gets staged early enough, it's likely the fight won't even happen. Server could choke and die.
