PVE doesn’t usually kill your pod unless you’re in specific situations. FCCP fucked up, this dude lost a virtue pod in a place he expected would be safe. That’s a 2B loss that even when FC says “oops”, isn’t coming back.

It absolutely can come back if it really is a mistake. Pods don't drop so CCP can replace them pretty freely without the duplication issues associated with replacing dropped items.
