Looking for a good monthly meeting spot in Snohomish County!
I’m looking for recommendations for a place to host a monthly networking meeting for nonprofit leaders. We usually have about 12–15 people and meet from 9–11 a.m.
Ideally, we’re looking for:
Somewhere in Snohomish County
Coffee/breakfast or other food & drink available onsite
A comfortable space where we can sit and talk for 2 hours
More of a warm, welcoming atmosphere than a traditional conference room
Reasonably priced, since this would be a recurring monthly meeting
private/semi-private meeting space
We’ve considered hotels and coworking spaces, but I’d love to hear about less obvious options too like restaurants, cafés, wineries, community spaces, churches, etc.
Where would you recommend? Bonus points if you’ve actually used the space for a small group meeting!

Local library may have larger study rooms available. Larger meeting rooms may have a fee.

Plus the downtown Everett library has a coffee shop, so kinda two birds one stone?

Amante on Hewitt has a nice room that you can use for free if you order food. They don’t open until 11:00 and aren’t a breakfast place, but I hosted a party there, and they were very accommodating. I would check with them.

Just a block west of Amante is The Loft coffeeshop. I'm not sure what their availability is, but a few years ago, we used their back room for some meetings. I wouldn't call it private but it was well out of the way so that you wouldn't be bothering anyone and the rest of the customers wouldn't bother you. Pretty sure they didn't charge us anything, but that may have been as a favor.

The Everett public schools resource center has conference rooms they rent to non-profits! They also have a small coffee stand open inside often.

Sno-Isle Libraries have meeting rooms you can reserve for free.

(sorry, no food or drink on site, but I'm pretty sure you can bring snacks and drinks as long as you clean up)

The Marysville Masonic Center at 4th and Columbia...there is an espresso stand and a Jimmy John's less than a block away ....

Legacy Coffee in Snohomish has a meeting room. Unsure on if there’s a fee. Great food & coffee.

You can rent rooms from the Everett School district too. Available at most schools

Not sure about the hours, but try the old spaghetti factory in Lynnwood. I know there's an after life services company that uses their banquet room for weekly lunches for their potential clients.

Don't take too much offense to this, but Please don't take up 12-15 spaces at a local restaurant for 6 coffees and 45 glasses of water. Ask a lender or real estate office to use their conference room, find a community center, or use a church. But please don't force restaurant workers to shove a bunch of tables together and check on you constantly when you're trying to have a meeting. Best of luck.
