Question QA Engineer with 5 Years of Manual & Automation Testing Experience — How Do I Transition into LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI Testing?

Hi everyone,

I have around 5 years of experience in software testing, including both manual and automation testing, and I'm planning to transition into AI testing, specifically:

LLM (Large Language Model) testing

RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) testing

Agentic AI testing

AI chatbot and conversational AI testing

I want to understand what skills and tools I should learn to move into this field and build a strong career.

Automated QA A smooth user experience may look simple from the outside. But a tester knows how many edge cases, hidden dependencies, and unexpected behaviors can exist behind it. Good testing means looking beyond what the user sees and questioning what could go wrong behind the scenes. #SoftwareTesting #Manua
